For normal usage, I think HD3000 would be enough. Why would you need HD4000?
Can try these:
Acer V5-431-987B2G50s/b/u, B987 + Intel HD4000@RM1499[2.1kg], 2GB, 500GB, W7HP; colors: silver/blue/pink
HP Pavilion G4-2110TU, i3-3110M + Intel HD4000@RM1799, 2GB, 500GB(5400rpm), W7HP
Toshiba Satellite L840-1024X, i3-2370M + AMD HD7670M@RM1899[2.12kg], 2GB, 640GB, W7HP
Dell Inspiron 14R, i5-3210M + Nvidia GT630M@RM1999[2.38kg], 4GB, 500GB(5400rpm)
Hi, thanks for the help! Can try these:

Reason being that her brother are casual gamer that plays a game or two.
I'm using a laptop with ancient 9600M GT and the HD4000 is roughly at the same level as it so I use it as the gauge.
