I'm not sure of the weight, can try these:

Asus N56VZ-S4079V, i7-3610QM + Nvidia GT650M + (1920 x 1080) + BluRay@RM3599[Bang&Olufsen], 4GB, 1TB, W7HP, subwoofer and backpack
Sager NP6165, i5-3210M + Nvidia GT650M + (1920x1080)@RM3599, FreeDOS [CPU Options: i5-3210M - i7-3820QM]

Sager units will have to customize at http://www.illegear.com/
*
I found there's 2 type of GT650M which one is better 1GB DDR5 or 2GB DDR3?

any suggestion for 14" with same criteria I've provided?

Hello, thank you very much for the recommendations here! The list is awesome!

Aside from the brands recommended, are there any powerful ultrabook for Lenovo? My previous laptop was a Lenovo and I had full confidence in that brand.

By the way, I've come to the last 2 contenders in my notebook buying list:

ASUS N56VZ (i5 + GT650M) vs Lenovo Y480 (i7 + GT650M) hmm.gif

I have great difficulties in choosing one of em'...
On one hand, the N56VZ has extremely nice design + 15.6 display, less the Quad i7 processor with higher price tag, and on the other hand the Y480 packs amazing power within its bulky and a rather-too-plain look with much cheaper price tag. So one is value for design whilst the other a value for performance  wub.gif

I think the Asus one is plain look... tongue.gif

I've checked at Asus and Lenovo website... it stated Asus N56VZ - 2.7KG and Lenovo Y480 - 2.2KG

lol, get both? then I would rather get the Asus G series notebook if I got that kind of money, haha  sweat.gif and yea, its a hard battle tho, both are the same character that I would hope it wont lose to the other, argh  rclxm9.gif
Yea, if u see it from online the Asus certainly look dull and the Lenovo otherwise, but I get to see them in real, and I can confirm it is totally opposite. The Y480 certainly not quite the looker tho (sorry Y480 users/fans, its just my own preference) laugh.gif  hmm, the weight did make me think for awhile but then again, I'm not going to carry it around all the time, so meh  tongue.gif

14"
Either this:
Asus A43Sd- VX426/427/428/429/430, i3-2350M + Nvidia GT610M@RM1599[2.4kg], FreeDOS, 2GB, 500GB(5400rpm), colors: black/blue/red/white/pink, 2 years international warranty
or this:

HP Pavilion G4-2026TX/2027TX, i3-2350M + AMD HD7670M@RM1699, 4GB, 640GB(5400rpm), W7HP; colors: black/red, 1 year international warranty

I would go for the 2nd because it comes with OS, and the GPU is much more powerful than the one in the Asus  nod.gif

you could try pm this seller... to check if he have Y580FHD... Y580 & Y480 comes with 2 years international warranty... but the seller do sell upgrade to 3 years ONSITE warranty (only applicable in Malaysia but outside Malaysia will be normal warranty which you need to send in your unit to the service center)

I bought from the seller Y480 + upgrade 3 years onsite warranty..
