bit confused at the claim part. i claim myself at her insurance company right? or my insurance company?

ask the polis who handle ur case ... if i aint wrong only can claim sendiri if ur insurance is 1st party .. cause happen at traffic light

mine is 1st party. police n shop say claim sndiri..but to who? my insurance or the lady who langgar me?

Police ask you to claim sendiri? That means claim your own insurance, or they malas to layan you. How bad was the crash? I never hear this kind of thing before. I NoobboyZZZ say is correct, then is something new to me also.

they say i go to the insurance company myself is better..i submit myself la.. the crash..my bike totalled already..

of course u can go above 150 with 62mm. i was doing 155 with 58.5mm alrdy.

btw ask some of my friend traffic light accident cannot claim one , sendiri claim sendiri only else got eye witness that saw u accident

cant claim both side also will get saman if no wrong , for careless driving in traffic light .. cause traffic light accident no witness and cant calcuklate

tomorrow i go to police station print report, gamba rajah..etc..what else i need to get?
bike not fix yet..i just tell the shop to hold n check what's wrong later i decide. no pay yet la..huhu..

saman not saman same je.. in traffic mean claim sendiri u can try it drive car and bang ppl car at traffic light cause no avidence

If bayar saman means she admit guilty in front police during report.
If you say both got saman, means what? Please explain your case clearly.

For the repair shop, what did they say? Will they fix your bike and claim insurance from the BMW? Explain clearly.

If police and repair shop also ask you to pay the repair fee, then you are on your own.
Otherwise, go to a different shop and see if they can help you do the claim from the BMW.

If you ask other shops, and they keep telling you to pay yourself, then we also cannot help.

Also, if the kedai say will help you repair, and then later ask you to pay money, also don't pay them anything. They are trying to recover the money from you because your case cannot claim insurance one... take care man.

My suggestion, get some explanation from the police.

senang cerita , on traffic light u say u green light ppl also can say he green light also else that area got camera recording like other country did .
but for bike and car cause might diff a bit but , on law i know if car accident at traffic light = claim sendiri canot claim others
else the bmw owner wan to pay or he can dun pay anything
