hi all..last saturday i was hit by a car at a T junction..it was green light..but the car's lane was red and she was speeding n langgar the red light..and also langgar me n my new LC135 ES...huhuuu.. anyone can tell me how to claim insurance? she already file report n admitted guilty.

bit confused at the claim part. i claim myself at her insurance company right? or my insurance company?

mine is 1st party. police n shop say claim sndiri..but to who? my insurance or the lady who langgar me?

they say i go to the insurance company myself is better..i submit myself la.. the crash..my bike totalled already..

the lady admit guilty..made police report also admit guilty..
enjin cannot start..dunno why yet..huhuu..
all bengkok2 my bike..huhu..

even if the person admit guilty of langgar red light olso cannot claim ke? die worr like this..

tomorrow i go to police station print report, gamba rajah..etc..what else i need to get?
bike not fix yet..i just tell the shop to hold n check what's wrong later i decide. no pay yet la..huhu..
