@ToshinRaizen: have you checkout the motor shops near your place? This kind accessory quite common one. You just need to know the price and labor charge before you go.

QUOTE(melvinho @ Aug 1 2012, 10:13 PM) going to take kips. welcome to the dragon tail's club...QUOTE some things for you to get started. - get a tank guard - first round use 1 liter mineral 2T, around 15-20 ringgit. - Not semi. JASO-FB also nevermind, smoke a bit, first 800-1200km will finish. Then, upgrade to JASO-FC, no smoke, cleaner, around RM20-25. The best 2T is BHP fully synthetic (RM40) or Petronas RS2 (RM80), quite rare, not all petrol station got. - follow the hard break in guide, let the powervalve open and close, don't reach to high speed just yet. - during break in, watch the radiator water level, and check for oil in the coolant, make sure there isn't any. - divide the throttle by 5, and feel the response. |

QUOTE(detomaso @ Sep 2 2012, 11:42 AM) letsay market price for my bike is RM5000 Correct or not this one?but i only insured RM4000 so im just covering 80% of the bike price. If bike stolen, and the adjuster value the bike at RM4k, means will pay full amount. Not 80%. But, if you insured more, but adjuster value it less, then you won't get full sum insured. The value insured, is how much the bike is valued if trade in, not when you buy. It is lower compared to market price. Example, 2nd hand LC you bring to kedai, trade in value maybe 3.5k, but taukeh later sell 4.2k. Sum insured should follow the trade in value. Of course, if sial motor stolen, and then not satisfied with the amount, you can buat rayuan to the insurance company. Maybe they give you another few hundred extra, maybe not... This is the experience I learn from a stolen car. That's why insurance company buat tak tahu one, bila renew, they senyap-senyap the sum insured, let you pay more. But, when something happen, then, need 3rd party adjuster la, then end up pay you 70% of sum insured. To get correct sum insured, pandai-pandailah, go to kedai motor ask trade in value how much. Or, look for a bike similar condition to your bike, and then minus about RM500. I would say, not surprising if your LC, after few years, value only left half only. This is why I learn to maintain my own motor, and choose to ride a 2 stroke bike. This post has been edited by alexei: Sep 4 2012, 04:19 PM |

Positive reviews in MBC. Worth a try.
JTX like some super high tech oil processing factory setup in Malaysia. Looks like Hai-O bought the rights to the brand and marketing it now. |

I wonder you got read the manual or not. The table of content, tell already, carburator under section 6. Go to section 6. On the first page of the section, 6-1, already tell you the pilot screw is #7, the one on the left side. Section 6-7, all the pins and the way they appear. To adjust the pilot and idle screw, section 3-11. If cannot read and understand the instructions, I suggest you get a friend who can and study together, or send to woksyop.
