hi all..last saturday i was hit by a car at a T junction..it was green light..but the car's lane was red and she was speeding n langgar the red light..and also langgar me n my new LC135 ES...huhuuu.. anyone can tell me how to claim insurance? she already file report n admitted guilty.

just kidding la...

1. File police report, make sure she pay the saman.
2. Send your bike to workshop that will do claim for you, they will tell you what is needed, and settle everything for you.
3. Send yourself to hospital check up, if got injury.

btw if i aint wrong , if accident at traffic light will claim it self ? or T junction also need to claim sendiri when accident in middle of it
