Having the word 'racing CDI' doesn't transform your bike to something else. It's not magic.You might as well buy a transformer sticker, and put it on. Just kidding. A lot more work needs to be done to improve the engine, before adding a new CDI. Putting in a racing CDI may have negative effect, since your engine is still stock condition. Also, some racing CDI without TPS, is tuned in the way that it expects the rider to open full throttle ALL THE TIME... so it's not suitable for comfort road. If the shop you buy the bike from have no problem with warranty, then go ahead. |
