guys, my lc is standard if i change carb and pipe, does it make difference in fc or pickup?

guys, if change cluth plate and spring does make any different? plus spring valve ? for stock lc

currently i change my exhaust to cj ipoh, in high rpm in gear 1 and 2, it kinda semput2, what to do? change mj and pj? the air and fuel already kedai tu buat, tp cm xngam je

guys, what actually port and polish mean and what it give? does stock lc need to done that? my milleage 30k does anything need to be done? just tembak angin, service my carb. anything else?
