I wonder you got read the manual or not. The table of content, tell already, carburator under section 6. Go to section 6. On the first page of the section, 6-1, already tell you the pilot screw is #7, the one on the left side. Section 6-7, all the pins and the way they appear. To adjust the pilot and idle screw, section 3-11. If cannot read and understand the instructions, I suggest you get a friend who can and study together, or send to woksyop.

quite exp for 2nd hand lol , btw still nice thing u have thr jus the carb memang a bit fedup for it

use tesco brand...

good also, normal oil manufacturer, just repack for Tesco brand.

for major service lc 135 5speed what you do?

already nearly 8 month i use this bike, dont have time to follow the scheduled but every month change engine oil and oil filter.

fz spring valve = i forget...budget in rm50 i think

jetting..main/pilot jet u budget rm10 each... but for tzm rm15 each,uma rm8 each,lc v1 rm7 etc..

service every 2k mileage with castrol (Gold pack) with oil filter - for engine
use shell v-power racing (blue fuel: i think nozzle was red one@rare to find) for combustion chamber
Change sparkplug G-Power RM15 every year (even randomly use)


InsyAllah, no problem...paling susah nak carik shell v-power racing (i think rm3.xx/liter)

if found it,remove remain fuel,make it full tank...and recheck your bore and head,bersih wooo

castrol not really that good ... too low already the rate.. i mean the lub
good for perfomance but bad for gear haha ...
now im trying yamaha lube half sync quite smooth ..
most of the time i wll get yamaha lube , castrol or motul
yamahalube actualy not bad la from petronas haha
spark plug no problem no nid chg one... only nid to chg when u rem ur bike macam lost of power in sudden

this month i really tight on budget.. cant change EO n service carb yet.. just managed to change my chain set again.. this time dropped 2 teeth.. LOL.. from 39 -> 37.

probably next month change EO, OF, service carb n brake pads..

should i change EO first or service carb first..? i dont think this 2 things related with each other.. are they..?
