Hi, on my LM6700 when I played the .mkv/.mp4 movie from my NAS via dlna, the *.srt subtitles file can't be load hence if I want to watch movie with subtitles I have to copy it to my usb drive then plug it in via the tv usb port.
This is kinda weird as since the tv can load a few Gb movie files smoothly but can't load a around 100kb subtitles file.
Anyone facing this problems and has any solutions?
*
its a soft player issue and more on the user issue for not knowing anything about containers.

y dont u use mkvmerge and mux the subs into the mkv. should take about 2-3 minutes

Can't think of one. The last time, they expect it's quality would lack the active 3D format. But now, no one can differentiate it. Quality HD is top notch & in fact it has load of advantage & goodies than Active. You got family u will understand, especially kids with their delicate eyes and family with more than 2. Surely u can't be selfish with having watch or enjoy active 3D with 2 free glasses only.

Can suggest 3d player to combo with lm6700?
Is s485 still the best option without cinavia compliant? Or not necessarily anymore

So the active 3D is marketing gimmick? This is because I feel it is weird, before 3D panels surfaced we all use non-powered 3D glasses (some even made by card board) at the cinema. Then when 3D panels out, we are made to believe the powered 3D glasses is the latest stuff with synchronization & etc. But now it had fallen back to the non-powered one. I wondered what is the reason

Yup. Best king of playability ...but check the firmware 1st. Top rated player indeed.

I think u can check it by going to software setting to check the firmware. Or bring along pirated bd of infected to check it. U can read it at king of bluray player thread for more info.

You can go to LG Msia site, search for the model u want, than click on the top right for where u can get one at nearest you. M brows.gif

I think u better call consumer support no. They are most helpful. I just try search for it, it's not even in the map.

If it was ripped properly it should be in it. Problem is when u take the small ones the rip from a encode and not directly from the blu-ray.

Btw it should be the same as the 2d. Try subscene, Addic7ted etc.

Look for same encodes/ subs that has the same video length and fps

Awesome. Trust me ure going to disable the true-Motion lol. Its a headache watching it.
TBM has it stock and nor has reduced prices to normal levels.

All led tv at the moment got bleed. All brands encounter this  due to edge bleeding. No worry.

Added on July 11, 2012, 11:29 pmBtw...here's another review & recommended calibration of tv besides CNET.

Personally think this is the best calibration i also find compared to a few others on the net
Only thing i did more was disable true motion and set sharpness to 25 for V&H.
Works perfectly with astro on dim/well lite area and appletv and my sharp 3d bd player.
