my friend's phone cant turn on. and stuck at the samsung logo.. he's didn't root his phone. what to do now ?

if compare with 1.0 ah, the main things is have toggles in tablet mode's notification, lockscreen got weather and 1 calender notification and keyboard small sizes fixed. so if you can live without these new things, then you no need upgrade la. i upgrade so far no need wipe, but i not sure if u need not

stable maybe yes.. but dunno why i can make a call in it..
phone, exdialer all crash.

back to sammy zeta for daily rom

Somehow i agree with this.. unknown reason.. it just turn out to be no response when u change from one application to another

hahaha..seriously you just flash without looking to the main thread in xda developers?the roblem can be fix if you just tweak a little with the dpi per app settings..lol

im dling samsung kies from the official website right now.
just connect my phone to kies,and hit the update button?simple as that?
is it adviseable to update my firmware to ice cream sandwich?

Guys, I just rooted my phone to the latest Siyah 3.4 kernel...

but after rooting, I feel like my battery consumption is very high...

anyways to tweak it???

I fully recommend you to update to Ice Cream Sandwich. When I was using Gingerbread last time, my phone (I9100G) used to hang at least once a day, which was really annoying. After the update, whether you believe it or not, my phone HAS NEVER hang not even once.

And make sure u charged up ur phone before updating.

Guys, help me(noobies) plz

Here is my situation

1) rooted my sg2 (b4 root I'm on 4.0.3 with baseband I9100DXLPA)
2) flashed miui
3) decided to revert back to the official touchwiz
4) download from sam mobile
5) used odin to install
6) after reboot, my device just stuck at the S logo and wont go into the os

very sad

try masuk recovery. buat full wipe n reboot.
