is it ok to get the I9100DXLPB for Malaysia.

Downloading rite now.. upgrade from GB.
Any matter to take precaution?

I try CM9, but it made me clueless.. can't find folder explorer which i need to access internal sd card and sd card.. cos both having the data that i need to make it as complete as a phone that i want.. end up back to previous rom..

anyone?
