you need to google the difference between s2 non-g and g version to get the basic info on what is the different between this two.furthermore,non-g is rare right now but some can still buy at garage sell here.im using non-g so i prefer non-g,but take others opinion too.

s2 cant get JB but galaxy nexus can

just browse around the garage sale..type in non-g or s2 non-g or something like that

yes,ics is ice cream sandwich but non-g its better since a lot custom rom that(for me) is a lot better than original ics,hell...i dont even bother to install stock ics anymore just custom rom but only because mine is non-g.actually why you want s2 anyway?its a great phone but if you have money go buy s3 la..rather than hear us saying non-g is better than g and vice-verse better you keep your money till enough too buy s3,you say you first user so why not take what samsung offer now that they so called the best for human,sIII

i ask you what you want to use your s2 for?

its around 1100-1300 at mudah,even got someone sel at800 but no warranty

no sir..no such thing in my phone and beside mine only take 869mb,and a lot of that from picture in my stock camera app folder,dont know what wrong with yours
