Maybe the stock rom you download corrupted.try another rom. How long do you wait?

found out a RR rom dont have wifi direct.
so sad, yesterday want to receive a big video file from friend,
cant detect my phone but cant send, checked online and realize AOSP AOKP dont have wifi direct function

too heavy hearted to leave RR due to this but i do need wifi direct.
samsung rom is no go cos long FC bug.

solution?
tried dual boot from siyah kernal.
first time try it, its ridiculously easy.

i have a sensation rom CWM backup in my internal memory
just go siyah recovery, and choose restore backup to 2nd rom.

done in 15 minutes.
now use RR as main, and restart into sensation if need send or receive big big files using wifi direct.

haiz...when they dont update, feel rom being abandoned.

but keep update, make me feel frustrated also keep need to flash....

look at the changelog, it says camera can touch focus during recording, duno real or not.
when free only flash la. now so far 2.6 is doing great.

Just flash RR v2.6 two days ago. Now v2.6.1 so fast. Developers support damn good still for S2.

have you flash it, let us know the improvement and feedback.
especially the camera.

by the way is it a non wipe version?

Changelog mentioned a few improvements. Hope to flash latest by weekend. V2.6 is quite good for me.
Wanna play a bit more before moving on to new version.

if you are still on gingerbread, then update to ICS.

You can go to Samsung SC Lowyat Plaza on the 4th floor.

It might be caused by some rogue apps.
Or it might be motherboard problem, but if motherboard problem then it will keep restarting and not only 2 times per week.
