Actually this project got total how many blocks and how many units? From the photo, it was like 3 blocks but divided into few phases and reckon Phase 1 was selling since almost 2 years ago.

phase 2 high tower 29floor total 578units , for the 2 low density in front is 180 units..

Phase 1 already selling since almost 2 years back and I wonder what is the condition in the S&P signed since another new phase now.

Any idea?

Phase 1 already occupied tower A, tower B is CUCMS students. Tower C is Lim Kok Wing students.

Phase 2 is tower D, E , F now is under construction.

Phase 3 will be launch soon. Tower G, H, I, J

Oic .... Total 10 blocks in 3 phases bfore Phase 4, now I understand.

Bcz previously, I went and only saw Phase 1 with 3 blocks, that time only 1 tower is launch, so I thought subsequent blocks is consider next phase.

Hihi, finally booked a unit in mutiara ville after visited so many showrooms..haha..any neigbour here?? want to thanks to their marketing agent who are very patient and kind on the whole dealing. If you guys interested to buy can actually look for him, SEAN 017-6683319..

What do you guys think about this project?because it seems not many people discussing about this project.it seems lowyat forumer don't get excited about this project....they rather discuss about other high rise project...

From what i know,this is 1st project from seri mutiara developer...so,maybe because of that people not taking risk into buying this project?

It would be great if existing buyer from phase 1 and 2 can tell their experiance with this developer....did they deliver what they promised?is there any problem raised?

I'm still considering to buy this project because of its low entry for newbie like me..

Many investors infront of u can undercut u...all excitement alredy passed. Investor club was involved by one property guru with grr involves for uni's acc9mmodation use. U probably a bit too late for this proj as an investor. Own use i doubt u wan to be student village.

Went there this noon to check the property and saw block C got students move in last month. But so far they havent vacant posesion Blk C units to purchasers, how can the developer allow them to move in w/o purchasers consent.
