Actually serviced apartment and condo are similiar
Just services apartment allow shop lot at below and condo not allow just for resident

Some said serviced apartment has better selling point if u bought for invest
But condo has to base on their location

actually no issue except higher utility rates which better be saved
and worry about security since open to public (as anyone can just follow you from behind closely pretending to be resident into the residential area)
and noise from pariah pubs.
even residential next to commercial can suffer from pariah pubs play loud music rclxub.gif

Hi all, for the last session release unit on last Friday. All 6 units have fully sold out. Just now have release 4 unit and 1 unit just sold out. The remaining units available is 1 unit at Tower F, 1 unit at Tower D and 1 unit at Tower E.

Just for your information, there are no cinema and hypermarket inside Gem In Mall. Cinema and supermarket are inside D'Pulze. We only have food & beverage outlets, retails outlet, entertainment outlet, household and student outlets etc. THank you.
