Don't know why they just can't be up front about it. So guys please enquire and check properly. Especially at the so called discounts and rebates from developer side. Make sure you do your own calculations and not just rely in the sales agent's figures.

For tower F to my knowledge yes, the shower screen included is like the one in the show unit, at least if not it will be something similar or equivalent

Mutiara ville ll be student heaven. For family, ur current bbudget best choice should be Serin if u wan relative new condo. Well, If you push a bit from 440k budget u might get 11xxsf 3 bedders at Serin. Of coz, it wont escape from some students as your neighbor but it ll be much lesser than mutiaraville. Mutiara Ville has enbloc investors all there to play rental game. No point to be there competing with Gavin Tee's sstudents. Lol. Stay away from them, i would stay away from the apartment that cum with this sort of dominant owners' profile.

Location not bad, but you know how many new projects in that area? almost have a dozen are launching now
