if you know where is the MDEC junction... one is near the north, another near the south. 

petronas is actually very near to the MDEC junction. once you are familiar with CBJ, you will feel very convenient.


i also purposely apply for the mesra card as sometimes i am forced to pump petronas. 

Mutiara ville ll be student heaven. For family, ur current bbudget best choice should be Serin if u wan relative new condo. Well, If you push a bit from 440k budget u might get 11xxsf 3 bedders at Serin. Of coz, it wont escape from some students as your neighbor but it ll be much lesser than mutiaraville. Mutiara Ville has enbloc investors all there to play rental game. No point to be there competing with Gavin Tee's sstudents. Lol. Stay away from them, i would stay away from the apartment that cum with this sort of dominant owners' profile.
