why people buy mutiara?
the developer has experience?
is it mainly students village?
malaysians or PH students?

when it is at the centre, how to fight for tenants?
means cheaper class tenant go for mutiara?
higher class tenants with money go and rent pangaea or tamarind?
i mean how mutiara price the rental?

many just want to leave the place right after work?
is like an industrial area where people only interested to work but not live inside?
even with shopping is it like alamanda type?
or mid valley type of crowds?

like snatch theft
motorcyclist hit smash the side window grab bags?
or steal cars?
or rape?
any police station there to report or must go to puchong report or dengkil
is it near to klia2? any toll?
how far to enter MEX?
i was in putrajaya many times but cannot find the MEX from KLIA to go KL
signage is always misleading
