From the article, the landscaping is from Singapore company Colin K Okashimo Associates, earth quake resistant from Web Structure, architecture from GDP Architects, artistic design from well known David Hiscock....Looks like all branded partners they are using.....that is why we are also paying branded price haha...

Went to 5 Stones to view a unit, facilities , landscaping. Below is what I observe: 1) The lobby is nicely done with artistic scupture. In order to access the lobby lift area, you will require to have owner access card 2) The lift will only bring you directly to your unit 3) At the unit itself, it is nicely done no defects. The main door is high quality security door. But the rest of the door are those cheap flush door 4) The layout of the unit is not so proportionate, too many rooms, thus causing the living room and masterbedroom relatively small. 5) The fridge given is Samsung french door type 6) The timber floor in the bedroom is very light color (should be oak) which I find that could be difficult to maintain 7) The swimming pool area is nicely done. Quite a big size of 25m pool. There are many resting chairs populated around the swimming area. 8) There are 2 gym center as part of their facilities. 1 is facing the swimming pool directly and the other one at the other block. Many gym equipment available. The gym room is nicely done with wide open glass windows 9) Landscaping is fantastic! For 1 acres land, SDB can really turn this into beautiful surrounding. They even tilt the garden surface...But the trees is not fully mature yet. 10) The kids playground is one of the best i ever seen. Its kids heaven. The playground will splash water like water playground. The surface is soft, not to worry kids will get injure if fall to the ground 11) The function hall is really high end type, very cosy feeling. Easily can put 10 tables i guess. 12) Below the function hall is an integrated 2 badminton hall, futsal hall , 2 ping pong hall, 1 basket ball court. High ceiling and big size of hall to enjoy!
