Thanks Hellokor, this map look like there is good growth potential in the area. More schools, hopefully there is going to be one internatinal school nearby, more accessibility and the mix development for residential and commercial will make BTHO a more self sufficient township that will offer better living environment for residents. The big plot of land for the future mix development is exciting, if is done properly, it can really boost the growth of the area, both economically and socially. So, investors in the area can expect higher appreciation of their properties?

Thats pretty impressive speed..

Is certainly very impressive...they were working on the 7th floor Blk A in May this year, and 4 mths later is on the 18th floor, with this pace and no sign of slowing down they may even deliver ahead of schedule.

Only small part of the land is malai kubur. Can refer back to the map I posted on previous post. Macam sky resi beside got a small cina kubur.

not sure abt button free lift, but I am more interested in whether there is dedicated lift for each unit that the SDB manager mentioned in this astro awani interview...it was not mentioned to me by the SA

How does it make sense dedicated lift for each 'unit' there's so few units for each floor.. Probably he just mean dedicated floor instead.

That auto select floor from a card scan sound good, that's convenient. I hope they use those speedier and reliable lifts.

To side track a bit, still on lift but you would not get in WOTP, is an auto glass lift for cars in Singapore apartment.....if you got time you may want to read on....

Yes I've read it somewhere. Its really unnecessary facility..but it definitely attract those people who likes showing off.

I like this WOTP thread, this one really forum to discuss amongst buyers and also not so bias info for potential buyers.

If Drive a Bentley or Ferrari cannot show off to others quite sad also. Imagine friends wanna see your posh car. But Need to bring them down to basement car park cari...after that need to run up to your unit again...sibeh Boh shock. If drive kancil different story lar. Park outside your unit also boh shock.
