Developer , I think is Tanjung Balai Development or something like that...

Again don't know when start, originally only shopping mall and not for sale, only want to rent out.

But now, maybe have different concept.. shopping mall with apartment blocks

who is the master developer behind this mix development mall?
heard some inside news about the developer.... if the rumors is true..... cbhsl.... finger cross

confirm not UDA land... better not uda land... if is uda land... siao liao. sibeh hope they sell all the land opposite wotp to better developer. or join venture with good developer. uda alone can build sh*t only.

Chan kor, how about mrt 2 at btho ? Is the rumours materialise? From ct thread there zalam brouchere seems never mention damai perdana station anymore. They put balakong station. But this is sensitive issues haha...the buyer there will shoot us if we discuss this haha...

Look like the news boil soap Liao...coz Heard from friend his friend work in architecture firm n their client is SDB. Heard they are doing the drafting n planing for sdb on this piece of land. Not dengkil land.

My friend, even if I work in mrt also I won't know for sure the final alignment.

For now, one can only speculate.

Mrt at Damai perdana is bad choice. Just go survey. Actually there no more land to develop. Condo not much. Landed plenty. Further down are Factories and rundown area resi area plenty. Shops also that small plot area. Shop also too saturated. Shop Here little there little. Compare to btho aeon big side. Btho to aeon selatan area much better got hospital. Bigger commi area more happening. Iblis hotel. Plenty potential raw land to develop. And looking from the map that future mall areas n c180, aeon selatan can be part of pusat bandar cheras south. center gravity of Cheras south is there

Because we have private CT owner FB group which not visible on FB =) that's why only few owners/ new owners on thread and other by SA and zalam management to answer our owner query. We have our group discuss everything including mrt.
If we have insider info on mrt, wil share with u all yea (if interested).
Good to hear there will be a new mall located behind aeon, just 5 mins from CT, not too busy not too far =D
The only cons would be the jam built up infront of shoplots behind Aeon Cheras (current ady jam during peak hours). But Jam = Ong. That's good too

Can avoid that road by using the hap Seng star road. Come out straight can u turn to the mines there. No need pass thru hospital and aeon selatan there. And according mpkj plan next time ct distant to Wotp and aeon big side much faster and easy with the new access road.

Wow that's good. Got the map of this access? When gonna completed? Access/location is the always the most important of a project.

I think only problems is from kl to btho junction. That traffic lights is damn long queue. Not sure any plan to make a direct interchange to btho upon completion of mrt??

The road is not being tarred yet, its actually already connected now, I've drove through that route. you can try if you don't mind.

Btw Lumiere entrance is facing that road, it should be ready when Lumiere starts constructing..
