probably for 10 yrs. Ppl keep moving from time to time. Will you stay for more than 10 yrs? you might not know

i think sdb is applying resorts / hotel style of landscaping into their development...all are nicely design landscaping with proper lightings...

Why move when you have found your paradise in WOTP and call it home...just sit on your rocking chair and enjoy the beauty of your home and its environment.

but hard to find almost 9 acres big land with only density 61units per acres.
not far from KL and Putrajaya.

kid can run safe within compound macam five stones which is only 5+ acres land only.
wotp almost double the size. more space for kid and can have interaction with others kid.
especially those single children family. good environment for single kid family to develop social skill.

should be a decent stay. finger crossed....

It's the plants and trees mentioned on WOTP page, some of these it's the same plants as the one in Five Stones..

On a psf basis, I think is reasonable for this unique freehold condo that is more reminiscent of a luxury resort. The price is high is because of the size...even the maid room has an attached bathroom...real lavish. The type 2 in Block B is more expensive because is slightly bigger, 2,116 sq ft. and the block is on better location.

Compare with neighbour, Lumiere...leasehold selling 530 psf after discount.

I was also looking at Lumiere, but it didn't have any big units (biggest close to 1400sf). the villas were dbl sty, not as per my spec. UDA also recently launched condos nearby, but again the bu wasn't bigger than 1400sf.

WOTP is still on top of my list now. Im still evaluating my options.

if want big size macam 2000+sf with price below 500psf and good brand. sdb is the best for now.
or can go MK cari. those big size condo along jalan kiara 3 still suffer. auction price still around 430+psf.

if you want this location + 2000+sf + condo + below 500psf + good brand + good concept. seem like wotp is the best option.

If u compare Lumiere & WOTP, ofcoz WOTP stil the best. WOTP with landed sf build in Condo type. Besides, WOTP is Freehold compare with Lumiere (leasehold).Heard that WOTP will increase price again on May. ..

if wotp garden can be like this sibeh nice lor.

1 real 1 unreal... Sibeh hard to compare. The pictures from Shangri-la landscape. KL shangri-la tropical garden seriously stunning. Should pay a visit. Sibeh nice with the fountain.

after looking at many of their projects. just need time to nourish.
