Understand they give 10% disc for 2500sq ft, 8% for 2100+ and 6% for the 1600 + units. Who knows, if you charm Ms Teh well enough..may get extra disc as the big units are moving quite slowly.. drool.gif

Received the letter from Bank... first drawdown done!
visited the site... block a ground floor and 1st floor car park is up!

u mean your bank has already disbursed the money to the developer? if its that the case which lawyer are you using? mine has yet to advice the bank vmad.gif

Looks like they need to speed up their rate of progress abit, at least a floor every 2 weeks for block A to meet the delivery timeline....
