Didn't the Block A - 2100 sqft almost same price as Block B - 1700 sqft?

The SA told me all above 1 mil in Block A, when I heard that I reached for my hip pockets....not deep enough ...end of story...

i think he getting the 1685 sf type at block b. latecomer on block A and C. he should be earlycomer on block B.
still good deal provided block b stand on better position compare to 2 others block.

i guess he got it around 500 psf. with standard furnish package. around 820K after discount maybe?

without furnish package can get around 760K maybe?

500psf has more upside imho. Good buy

Not that cheap. I ask SA, he said Block B cheapest is 980k before discount (facing swimming pool) and 940k (facing park).

I found the "golden nugget" at 500 psf in Block B. Heard 10% higher than Block A, guess that the price u hv to pay for being a latecomer....better late than never...

Block b isnt a lower density than a? I thought it is...so the gap is justifiable imho

Got got. I went with my friend to Wotp gallery...After few days they launch the block b. the block b price range provided by SA and also I got the unfurnished package price from SA too. That time block b 1685sf only left around 3-6 units if my memory serve me right. Also 10% still available. and the price I mentioned was after 10% discounts. I think the price SA told you should be before 10% discount.

The Prima Lagenda Apartments in Kota Baru is selling avg rm500 psf, it makes WOTP look like cheap sales...

Bring my friend visit the Wotp today. Missed the yesterday Saturday Xmas party...

Block a unit take up rate increased. Should be due to block b pricing. And block b still slow moving.

Saw few families visit the show unit and they all look very excited.

My friend love the concept, show unit design, layout and garden very much. Very resort feeling and relaxing. Too bad too expensive for her.

If you go Window shopping for a property, and come across a brief Window of opportunity to buy a gem of a property, don't throw it out of the Window, if you don't grap it, it passes you by....there is no Window dressing in Windows on the Park to set it apart from all other developments in the area, it is really a very good and marvellous property! Hey guys wanna ask a bit since I m first time condo buyer. Not sure if this posted. I m block c owner though. Earlier i saw lawyer asking bank release money.... then Today I got a letter from bank asking for progressive release payment. I thought is dibs no need pay geh?? Do any block c owner got the same?.

This letter is auto generated, just to know. This dibs is covered by developer. No worry. After few week later, developer admin staff will call you to collect 8000 cheque included with Interest (less than 100). I just collected the cheque from their SDB admin office.
