yea... the one i bought last weekend is the last unit which is not block by the low cost apartment (The SA honest enough to tell me the rest of the unit is block by the apartment).... Block C still have like 7 leftover units which is block by the low cost apartment.. i trust the SA will not dig a hole for me to jump in.....

The offer still on.....but will end soon according to the SA.... there are like 3 more 50k rebate voucher left in the lucky draw box as of last weekend.... the rest is 10k and 1k rebate voucher... no more cny angpow now....

I got glance through the thread...is it true that SDB provide shuttle to the MRT???

block by the apartment or facing the open treatment plant?

..... where is the open treatment plant??? when i look at the map (by WOTP SA), never saw that plant...... any kind soul can share the map for this?? The SA told me is block by apartment...never mentioned anything on the treatment plant leh.....

Hi future neighbour! which unit type you bought at Block C?
its depend, if you not block by the apartment you may face the STP. if your unit is low enough you will not see the STP i think.

my 09 unit facing both. SA told me my unit will half block by the apartment and face the STP. ..lucky my unit is low enough.
provided 21 meters away from the wotp wall fence. i think should be fine. and i like 09 is corner unit and not far from the lift.
unlike 3A and 03 corner units are quite far from the lift.

Only 1 thing i don't like for block C is the main door face to face with each other.

Yes, they do provide free shuttle to MRT for first year or 2....cant remember how long.

many of my friends said wotp look like flat when first glance and nothing special.... but i quite like the whole layout planing and simplicity of design.
eventually it may even look better than 5 stones.

we have 2 treatment plants around us.
shit = prosperity/fortune.

the treatment plant beside the apartment is cover up.

mine is 13A.... not low leh.... i like WOTP cause the landscape and the concept.... very good for family..though 916 is small unit...

har... 2 plants somemore.... cham.... i wonder where is the other treatment plan.....zzz

Haha... all corner units are far from lift for sure lah...

For the shuttle bus to MRT, i heard from SA said last time, is not provided by SDB but is a service from MRT company. They will schedule WOTP be part of the shuttle bus route.

hey thanks for sharing this... i m in co vpn no wonder i can't see the pic.... . from bro peri pic, maybe i ll see a bit of the STP if i purposely look at it... ...

oh so its from MRT co.... then ok la.... i thought so nice WOTP provide such service....but still a good thing to note since MRT co decide to have WOTP as point of pick up.....

They even mention the bus will drive in to the pick up lobby area.. school buses too can drive in..to drop the kids.

They have swings at the quiet park. I hope it still part of the plan.. ;-)

Block C dont have quiet park, only have Active park aka Noisy park.. do they mean the water splash for kids at the playground? haha..

according to sdb SA there is a small Quiet park opposite 3A to 09 unit. if you look at the plan it located at the top right corner. the fountain will build there.
those unit facing active park with water splash for kids are 03 to 10 unit.

i m sure my kids will be happy..come down from block c is kids playground..... for adult we have to walk a bit for the pool and gym....
