Yes, there is 2-3 small units still available. It face the low cost apartment directly. Heard sdb is giving extra 10k discount to clear that off

according to SA, SDB can deliver on time since the site is quite deep inside and so far no nearby resident, therefore they can accelerate the progress by working till 10pm everyday..

No, its wrong. It is the rules that foreigner cannot buy any properties below 500k. There is no restriction whether what kind of classification of the house.

How much is the unit after discount in block c? The issue is the upgrade package of block c. The spa price is only 100k, that is why being rejected. But for subsales, the spa selling price will be base on bank evaluation which is unlikely be less than 500k.

That's the catch, when you have 100k spa + 450k upgrade package for block C. In front of the authorities, your prc wife is as tough buying a 100k properties which is prohibited.

Which floor you bought taikor hello? That medium cost apartment is only 11 floor height. I think if you buy anything from 12-15 block C will not get that view.

Yeah, most of the people now start to use induction. It will be much cleaner and easy to manage. Furthermore, I don't think we going to cook in big way everyday haha....

Just went to sales office during lunch time...still have 3 units at block C. According to SA, SDB plan to launch block B by Sept-Oct. The reasons is they try to avoid Bank Negara new rules to remove DIBS and discount. The block B price will be around rm650-rm700 per sqft according to SA.

In fact Block A is a good buy now. RM 470-480 after discount, where can u get such quality and lifestyle project. Even Vina, CT are selling at rm 500 per sqft. Block B selling price at rm 700 is the right price looking at the current surge + "sdb" branding behind...
Right now, block A is selling very fast, I guess many people start to realise wotp is actually 'cheap' in terms on per sqft

FYI, block A and going to be launch block B are same size, min 1700 sqft , 2100 sqft and 2400 sqft.... Block C is isolated case since it only offer 916 sqft where the selling price is already at rm 600-650 per sqft
