Correction, block A cheapest is 860k. 600k is block C, and I think the fees everymonth is about 250...

so far i have not receive it the duplicate loan agreement yet. Mine going to take sometimes, my s&p lawyer and loan lawyer are different. Earlier waited so long to sign the loan agreement due to law firm have not renew license with hsbc...

looking at the schedule , in order to complete by dec 2015, sdb have just merely 16 months to go. They have to at least to erect 3 floors per month , that would take 1 year to complete erection works, and just another 4 months to commission , landscaping, authority approval. Almost certain this project going to delay at least 3-4 months. The earliest they will handover will be April-May 2016 I guess. Those that sign the spa earlier high chances got LAD payment from sdb haha...not too bad huh...at least subsidize reno cost courtesy from sdb...

sorry, u are right..it is 26 months. Still looking at the progress of the site, its going to be late. to construct the base (car park ) will take longer time. And most of the developer, they only able to erect max 2 floor per month. For 33 floors at least 17 months + 4 level car parks (at least 4-5 months). The landscaping is damn heavy in wotp, i guess they need at least 3-4 months to complete. Commission and internal testing, installation at least another 3-4 months. The longest will be authority approval such is Majlis, Syabas, TNB, easily another 2-3 months...

By walking Less than 2.5km-3km if walk pass the lake valley park. 1km of walking roughly take about 10 to 15min. Total about 35-40min. quite impossible to walk....lol. When Im still a secondary student I always walk about this far to school roughly 4km.

I think sdb is not desperate to push the remaining block c unit. They know that 2 units is the matter of time to finish off. What they are desperate is to push block A big units. The 2400 sqft is under reno to change id. in 1 month time, they will present 2 new id for both 2400 type and 2100 type. Looks like block B is coming soon...

Heard from SA, the relaunch of block A will be on this weekend. The 2 show unit will be ready by then. As for block B, the launching will be on following week and there will be 2 units 1700 sqft, 2 units 1800 sqft , 2 units 2100 sqft and 2 units 2400 sqft per floor. The total project density remain at 540 units...

This kind of condo good for couple or single life...but family with kids i think large running area with green is better...

The key selling point of WOTP is being linear arrangement and massive landscaping which not many condos are offering nowadays. Some people just don't appreciate on the concept. Or sometimes people not afford to eat grapes will say it sour?? which one is which? lol...
