I like SDB bcos of the Five Stones project in SS2.. Went to SS2 last week, the exterior facade of the condo is on par with the high end condo in Singapore ,,,,I already book the 1146sqft at Block C..

Hi Kelvin,

The SA passed to me the sales agreement which stated that the price is RM619,000.00... According to The SA, there will be 10% discount.. So after 10% discount, the price of my unit is around RM559k..If u divide 559k with 1146sqft.. The price is around RM480/sqft..In my personal opinion, the price for SDB's WOTP condo is cheap as compared with SDB projects in Singapore .. In Singapore , the price easily hit RM4000/Sqft
*
Well, ur unit is worth buying. About same price compare to 916 sqft. The last I saw the price fro block C, 916 sqft already selling at. 610k before discount. I guess ur unit are those recently release out for loan not approve ? I do agree with you that WOTP is cheap by judging on the package they offering, overall concept, build material, architecture design , it is almost none that we can compare off at least in klang valley. I confident they will deliver a good job, don't forget they have block B yet to be release upon completion.

Yeah, I had bought the block A 1694 sqft for own stay. I took loan from HSBC, 90%. RHB did offer 90% as well. Probally u can forget CIMB, they can't give 90% since they take into account of SDB 10% discount.

As usual, cimb can't give 90% even for block A. Why not try hsbc? They are very efficient, will let u know the status within 3 days.

Hsbc only do for block A. For block C, only applicable for panel bank like, CIMB, MAYBANK, RHB & Hong Leong Bank.

For block C not too sure. But we can compare block A and B. Block B min selling price is MYR 1.09 mil, that is the size for 1685 sqft upon completion with build and sell concept.

Why HSBC not granting the loan approval for Block C?

I've got 90% loan approved by CIMB at blr -2.4% for Block C. I was there last week and ironically, I was told by the HSBC personnel that they are funding for Block C as well.

To be honest, the reason I bought WOTP was because of the concept, whereby, I love to live in a place filled with greenaries and the ample space provided outdoor would also be an ideal place for the upbringing of my child in the near future. Not to be forgotten it is near to my parents house as well which is crucial.

This would be my first property and I'm slightly over mid 20's of age. I won't regard it as the best option in terms of price. But the concept of WOTP did play a crucial role in the decision making.

I seriously hope that once is built. The security, cleanliness and amenities are up to par. As we all know Malaysia ain't going to be safer.

I'm actually waiting for RHB's reply. Btw, does HSBC allows you to fund the MRTA into the loan?
