Environment very nice. Layout of the unit not bad especially type d 1300sf at block b. Only Pull back is service apartment and not condo.... Any disadvantage Or advantage as a service apartment...compare to condo..? Need to compare compare..

the block on the right hand side, looks like isolate from the whole development and this block seems like not gated...

and where is the guard house?

I think that is block a. Yes itt is gated. I heard Acess card at guard house entrance...card again car park...card again lift....cctv....card again your floor....i was told spa show also intercom in all units.

where is the main guard house? is it below the link bridge for block A?

Yes. From the model at thier office you can see the guard house control n the gated areas.

ok, if the guard house and gate is below the link bridge, looks like the block A boundary is out of the control range within the guard house, and looks like not gated for block A, kind a weird.

Not very sure why you still dont understand that it is gated.

pls check the website and the masterplan clearly not as what you said.

if you look carefully on the picture that you posted, the block A is just right beside the guard house below the link bridge.

very obviously the block A is not gated, and there is a road which lead to open space car parks area in front of block A. this car park space is before reach the guard house.

So means people can park their vehicles at this area, directly walk to the block A without pass through the guard house.

That one is artist drawing ma. Not sure why no fence too.

If u check thier website. All car/ppl go into block a b c d must pass guard house wo.

U buy block a? Me block b owner.

you need to see the masterplan 1....
all are gated. none of the block outside the guard house. the bridge also inside. not outside the guard house.

Le Moon Cafe upgrading their menu on the 1st April, Anyone have gone there lately?

Yeap, very very nice cafe. Been there quite many times and signed up the membershipcard for RM10, 10% discount for meal.
Love their coffee/freddo. Menu has been confirmed and printed.

Yeah, this place is a GEM, can't wait to go there to try out the new menu as soon as I am back in town.
