Ceiling height is about 2800mm, hence only about 9 feet. From floor to the top of duplex void area is approx 19 ft. Only 3 lifts servicing around 30 floors with 21 units per floor One block has been released for booking by internal staff. This Sunday's preview is for the 2nd block as well as the remaining units from the 1st block.

hi this is the info I get fr the sa by 5pm. lowest is 618psf. got 762sf, 1100+sf n 1300+sf. all duplex, so 30 floors=60 floors high building actually.

5% early bird dis, how "early" must b then not sure.. hv to set up a tent n over9 tomolo.. ?? GOT dibs, snp n loan agreement is FREE~ the rest info r alomost same/correct as mentioned by others.. 762sf is 1cp, others is 2cp. each floor 3k more. I hv confirmed w 2 sa for all info above.

tat chart is soho. MOSTLY book by staff n fres I think, face klcc. red was book, yellow is bumi.. adv on paper is soho J, which is open for public on this Sun. Sat is for buying longgok longgok 1... You can go to pick ur favourite unit then on Sun early morning only submit ur 10k booking. 4 yrs project.

yes, can only pay n book on Sun. Sat is for bulk ... We can only keep our favourite unit deep down in our heart now.. then Sun direct sumbit cheque to book if no1 b4 you...
