actually 6 lifts serving 630 units still not enough.

the standard should be about 1 lift vs 60 units.
for 630 units, they need 10 lifts.

618psf is 2nd floor without DIBS; DIBS option also got, top up another ~7.6% of non-DIBS price, meaning that abt 665psf for DIBS option (2nd Floor)

I sincerely hope I am mistaken. 3 lifts is really absurd.
Yup, the SA have their hands full and were rather occupied. If I could recall, the 3 lifts are in the center of the rectangular floorplan, in parallel, surrounded by the units.
To be more accurate, the total units for the block is around 580 units as each floor has about 17-21 units.
For the 762sf units, shower piping is only provided at the upper floor bathroom.

Better to reconfirm the number of lifts, best way to find out is to call in and ask tomorrow. For such a strategically located project, I hope I am mistaken amidst the short period of chaos.

cannot compare like that lo, cheras much nearer to kl, sg buloh nearer to kepong (aka dsara) only leh...

profile of the developers are so different, timing of launch is also different, i believe finishing and quality of the buyers are also different...ecocheras retail lots shud be much better kua??

but this price only can get by very early buyer like staffs.
