What was the early bird YouCIty price for an equivalent one bedroom unit (around 600-700sf) ?
I read from PropCafe that Maxim price was starting at around 450psf for a 6xxsf unit.
Assuming Eoccheras is starting at around 600psf.

thx.. what is the size of the smallest unit ? what is the lowest floor ? price increment per floor ?

if not mistaken it is 531sft (quite long time back, cant remember)... after level 20, each floor increase 4k.

I vote for Velocity due to the distance to KL and also the upcoming developments in that area.

EkoCheras is merely EkoCheras, nothing else.
