Stone throw to leisure mall ?

any idea if it is near to the new MRT station?

I dont think so. By looking at the perspective drawings. Is just in front of a main road.

no more land as u can see from the map

Maybe is the empty land beside leisure mall since the description mention just a "stone away from leisure mall" and the perspective drawing show in front of mainroad. As I know they will be a MRT station in front of the leisure mall which correct to describe the statement "The new Cheras MRT station will be right at your door step".

The empty land used to be a Bus Depot and now currently use as car park and food stall.

they might demolished the existing tenant there i.e. TBM, the furniture shops and etc to make it facing the main road?

Could be. Then the developer should claim stone throw away from Phoenix plaza.....

No la. That is a small piece of land and new shoplots will be building there.

sometimes stone throw is very subjective. depends on how you throw it and use what to throw it.
