A successful mix development should compose of below in priority order:
1. Famous anchor tenant like IBM , big 4 Firm...in which don't think is possible in ekocheras 2. Banking facility 3. Hypermarket 4. Famous F&B ...mixture of famous chain like KFC McD Starbucks ..etc and some signature restaurant and caffee 5. 24 hour convenient store 6. Branded car showroom 7. Entertainment hub like 'clean' ktv, pub... This will only can be materialized by lease out by developer management ...if they sell the commercial out...believe me, it will definitely turn up as what maldiniho mentioned...snooker ... Cyber caffee... |

If you search the video clip in Youtube regarding the Leisure Mall station which is published by KVMRT corp, before EkoCheras launch, this station already plan to bulid a cover link directly to Leisure Mall.

i assume leisure mall management will try as much as they can to build a cover link to this station, or else, crowd will be drown to ekocheras instead of going to leisure mall
if can link to both, then is win win situation... |

Went to the sales office yesterday...
All studio gone except the highest floor at price of 554K. distance from the rail of MRT to Block E is 30meter, which is around 100 feet. unit which facing rail will provide high quality glass for better noice proof, new U turn to MRRT towards ampang direction is confirmed, covered linkage to MRT is confirmed, and whether got air-con is under proposal. |
