unfortunately the covered link is not materialized....you may check it out at facebook eve suites homepage..the construction picture clearly show that there will not have a linkage in between the LRT station and eve suites..what a waste..

if extra carpark rental is RM 150 per month, RM 35K can rent for 19 years...although car park price will increase...
maybe you can save the 35K for renovation purpose for better rental?..

instead of look at the risk,(which is a must though), you may also look at the room of appreciation.
Ekocheras is 3 in 1 combo (MRT + freehold commercial + prime location), it is hardly find such product like this:
1. Tropicana Garden: 3 in 1 combo but leasehold, price is >1,000 psf
2. TTDI sentral: combo also but too far away from city
3. Pavilion residence: the real combo...of coz price is also big combo
4. sunway velocity: 4 in 1 combo, not only MRT but comes in 2, underground some more...but bigger size with much higher psf price, make the absulute price very high
5. Youcity: my concern is a bit too far from the city...
6. others like cochkrane residence..hmm..

I would say ekocheras is quite in balance in terms of price, location, feature given etc...what they lack is the experience on managing the commercial component...

to be more exact, it is private lift lobby with each unit, and 2 lifts serve every units. only 3 units a floor and served by 4 lifts in which 1 is bomba lift.

hmm...i think your info of empire damansara might not correct, I bought mine at RM180K for 363 sqft studio, very high floor some more. Quite sure the price you quote is duplex soho, as mine ED soho 2 was bought at 263K low floor 3 years ago...

the door of the lift will only open with the assigned assess card, other people can't even step in the lift lobby (in which the main door still need key to open) if without assess card. If you still feel not safe, then only enter the lift alone lo..if got people let them in first then you take another lift lo... sweat.gif
because concerto only having 3 units a floor but served by 4 lifts...plenty of lift you can use... thumbup.gif

I think this is the mistake empire made for empire damansara coz I double checked with the spa of empire remix, already rectified and stated the total size include both lower and upper floor...
So ekocheras soho should state the total size....but no harm to ask lo...
