Look at the carpark issue...does it mean that there will be carpark in ekocheras and phoenix plaza both stations got park and ride feature? If so it will definitely benefit those projects surrounding. ..

Can you clarify with your MBB banker whether it is applied to Block E not?
I have submitted all my document to MBB banker and signed application form also,
and the banker also keep request a lot of document and last minute call me this evening
that MBB not go for Block E, just Block H and J.
I called to developer and also get the same answer that Maybank currently only doing block H and J
Block E is still pending for End Financial approval.... rclxub.gif

Last round I went to their office saw that studio remain 1 on highest floor...554k....
Now got another 2 units extra?

my question is:
1. Pure residential (Double storey, normal condo..etc) of coz exempted
2. Pure Commercial (Office block, shoplot..) of coz not exempted
But..
3. Service apartment (under HDA but commercial title)...Yes/No?
4. SOHO, SOVO, SOFO, SOXO...Yes/No?

if 3 and 4 not exempted, pure residential benefit
if 3 exempted but 4 not exempted, service apartment win on SOHO, SOVO
if 3 and 4 also exempted, then normal office will even much tougher..all small small firm will switch to SOHO to work...
anyone knows?

So if 3 exempted but 4 not exempted, means Block E will be much better than Block J & H
and if 3 and 4 both exempted, then buyer of block H & J laugh until can't sleep....

If block H and J got exempted, small firm like design house...lawyer firm might move from normal shoplot at upstair to soho to avoid 6% gst...so the demand of soho will be high...but of coz when u stay there u might have a account firm to be yr neighbour lo...pro and cons...
