if they can show their track record in managing this kind of developement.. please ask them to give thier portfolio and example
hypermarket - they got connection?
f&b - they got?
banks - maybe due to business
it is definitely not easy to make it a successful retail .. unless they have the team like Sunway ....
does ekovest has the team to get all this done? come on even during the sales..their team is less than 10 person
how can they manage the 63 or 67 retails?
otherwise they are just new kid on the block and most of the time will just fly kite

I do hope Ekovest people are reading this thread and don't get swayed by the BBB sentiment and Yet didnt focus enough to execute the master plan accordingly.

What had been mentioned here are true concern regardless one is vested or not?

i agree with u that ekovest definitely can build.
ecoworld is new and we yet to see what they able to build. so if compared ekovest wins hand down

but able to complete the building does not mean able to manage or execute the later stage

after finished completion is just half of the project is completed (for how i look at it)
the rest will be the execution which is much more crucial
from Vped, management, landscape, utility, security and etc...
if the execution stage after construction completed fail.. this project will be wasted

thanks for your valid concerns which is common to many buyers.

I try to put myself in the developer shoes....my guess this Ekocheras GDV is > billion and Danga Bay GDV will be even bigger than this. Why Ekovest wants to mess this up and by putting the potential GDV at risk? Besides, they have the technical capability to deliver project at this scale as they had completed project few times bigger and more technical demanding.

Niasingh you expect girls clad in bikini at such high elevation. Not cold meh... brows.gif

Duplex soho has lower PSF than studio? Moreover duplex soho is one of the kind in ChewLai.....

Kochin bro,there's also another block of service apartment to be launched.but heard rumours it will be bigger units and no studios...but not confirmed news,so should wait a bit more for official news.

Hahaha,normal la...girls wanna show got what cannot do? Genting cold also,still so many ah moi mui mui zai wearing mini skirts and spaghetti straps also la.

Not sure about the price per sqft difference,but I'm very happy that my soho duplex is slightly less than 500k if I opt not to take dibs....syiok...where to get?others I see duplex loft units more than 1000psf like mahsing's icon city,mcity and petalz...I really like those design so when I saw this,straight straight buy vege Ady la.hehehe:)

not to say they purposely putting their potential GDV at risk...
i would to say for some individual interest... they dont even care their next potential is at risk...

and capable to deliver technically does not means technically able to manage

their mentality as of now .. for how i see..
all they care is just sell n build

but after the build part - it seems they are clueless on what they need to do

fyi... they are not first time developer...

they developer land at Kajang and they build houses and shoplots too.. to for merely building and sell i dont see any problem

but for mix integrated development .. is totally a different game ....
