Why you all die die wanna get EkoCheras? LH, good location near Leisure Mall, near MRT, rookie developer and unproven, price is fair.... But selling entitlement is showing how crappy developer can be... More happen inside I supposed....

A successful mix development should compose of below in priority order:
1. Famous anchor tenant like IBM , big 4 Firm...in which don't think is possible in ekocheras 2. Banking facility 3. Hypermarket 4. Famous F&B ...mixture of famous chain like KFC McD Starbucks ..etc and some signature restaurant and caffee 5. 24 hour convenient store 6. Branded car showroom 7. Entertainment hub like 'clean' ktv, pub... This will only can be materialized by lease out by developer management ...if they sell the commercial out...believe me, it will definitely turn up as what maldiniho mentioned...snooker ... Cyber caffee... |
