actually my issue is intermittently occurred.. since don't want it become a "cancer" i send her for early treatment.. for future preve owner, no need to worries.. is happen 1 in 1000unit.. there's thousands units on the road and its only happen to very few of us.. u're making the right choice.. 

i heard a new toyota avanza owner after 1 week use already had gear box issue... anyone know?

i heard too many story... but dont need to bother la... gearbox can kill man.. if u ask me... noise sound and gearbox.. u know which one is more serious right?

yeah. great to see these kind of spirits. no always complaining and always look at the positive side.

if the forum wanna work together with any upcoming official proton project. this is the spirit we want.. not always bashing and trolling.. try to make the car to be proud of..

remember this is the first of it kind and here is the first market.. bashing and trolling will not help proton or owner of the car.

aiyo.... u already driving a segment-C car. dont always smoke ppl la... segment-C are suppose to be more steady and comfort. :-D
i always wanted that way... let bring everyone together and work it not not troll/bash it out... :-D there is still a mess at FB... but lucky only invited... kakakka so can do close door bashing and trolling. :-p hope the admin are with me..

i had a bit oof f experience in both.. my brother took preve exec iafm+. meanwhile the one that i did the test drive at the SC was the CFE.

pick up wise, not much differences. since CFE is programmed to kick in when the rpm is between 2k-4k rpm. so, in terms of moving from stop, both performed pretty much the same. cruising around 80kmj-90kmj also pretty much the same. the iafm+ did the job well.. but whenever u want to take over the car in front, then u will hear the noise of the engine roaring, instead the car wasnt moving that fast compared to the roar of the engine.. the conclusion, iafm+ is enough if ur driving style more likely an unker style..

as for most of us here, we need the power to dragged the car more.. thats why we chose CFE (errr... mmm.. i havent got my car yet.. but since i already booked the CFE, i consider myself as a CFE owner hehehe)

but to be honest, the real reason why i chose the CFE is not because of the CFE. but its because of Elecltronic Stability Control. ive been through a spinning myvi. and let me tell u, its horror.. i wasnt driving fast since i know its raining.. and my tyre was just changed to a new one a few month before.. and still, it happened due to a water trap...

from my readings, the ESC could prevent the car from swaving left and right... judging from our weather, i would say, Malaysia needs to regulate a new car to comes with ESC factory fitted..

You can smoke people no problem, but please smoke cars who deserved to be smoked lah. Sometimes drive like uncle also no point having turbocharged engine. That is me lah.

But having said that, you must always have full control of your vehicle before doing that. Just for the fun of it. THere is a  reason why they put S mode there guys
