i drive iafm+ cvt. what are the criteria/aspect that u are interested to know

I dont think there's any preve exec for test drive. If you're lucky only show unit. Not much different in term of appearence.

preve exec have S mode. more like an overdrive to boost acceleration.

- acceleration response, example when masuk roundabout.
acceleration is not good when u start from stationary coz is quite a heavy car, u might want to get used to it. when it moves it can accelerate fast especially when you change to S mode and rpm at 2700-3200 rpm. for starters maybe want to use S mode in roundabout. for me always D mode.


- steering response. my old vios steering response in too week.
not sure what u mean by steering response. the NVH is good. u have to test drive the CFE unit (showroom unit) coz the feeling/handling is about the same. As you are not a very fast driver. exec also uses multilink suspension and equipt with ABS and ESC. You can cruise in confidence at 140-160kmh.

- real life fc of preve executive in average. is it lower than stated, tolerable or far higher?
my average FC is (1 liter/10-12km)

in term of engine reliability, i think should be okay cause it siblings are the as saga FLx. therefore many bug have been fix. ours is iafm+ cvt, have the '+' there.

i dont think N is a good option. S mode better to get the engine breaking

can DIY if you like. adjust the lower latch that attach to the body

loosen it and adjust

yes it should trigger the alarm.

for my case back door left. the alarm triggers

never test the driver side coz I always see it. LOL

Added on June 29, 2012, 8:35 amCan you ask meow team what is the most recomended engine oil. Its just we have a lot of problem with OWV. maybe can change to a specific viscosity to eliminate the problem.

emmm maybe 5W/30 or 5W/40. 5W for colder temperature. and then ask whats the different in term of morning ignition to the car. they should know better.

my car have wind noise at A pillar so i thought. like whistle sound when reach 90kmh onwards

read in FB it might be sound from the air-cond vent. when I off air-cond air circulation there is no sound from A pillar.

Proton might want to have closer look at this and resolve it.

CFE gps built in unit. iafm+ got the portable gps from lokatoo

where at front or at the back

terlalu gabra, thats why. happen to me once.

it is a safety mechanism
