Any idea who's moving into Eboulevard?

Just received letter from SD on vacant possession for MT. So fast ar? no chance for late payment... how good is the finishing ,anybody? any advise to take the posession? tks

Within a week get all done bro, from bank final disbursement, I pay my portion, CL issuance & be collecting the keys next week.

got the key to my MT units and i dont have much complain, except for the folding doors where the quality maybe questioanble.

anybody kind to share what sort of budget required for a wrought iron type of grill for a typical double storey home? i still cant figure out whats best. would changing the door / window type increase the security and no grill required then? opnion?

any body know a good door / grill contractor that i can start to talk to ? tks

tks for the feedback. will have to find the best way to minimize the grille ...security doors (instead of grille) at stairways can be an option too as the stairway is quite wide. Anyway do share if you guys have come up with ideas on the best ways...

I think its's gonna be costly and you're gonna have a problem getting them to fabricate the subframe.
I've looked at many options and after taking into account of cost and piece of mind, the best option would be tempered glass, with a simple grill exactly behind it and  glass/metal sensors.
With all the racket that they make sleghammering the tempered glass coupled with the alarm siren blaring, I don't think they would even bother to start cutting the grill.
Its already 3 lines of protection - tempered glass, alarm and grill.
