Took me 15mins from my home in Damansara Perdana to my office in BU (1km distance). Now when I shift to DA I should be expecting longer hours.why do i do that? Because my priority is better home as one couldnt predict where he might endup working soon.although i do put it as part of my consideration when choosing DA (maybe point no 4 or 5), my hope is the DASH highway will makeup the time.

From what I heard Fern Lane and Lavender Park quality have improved a lot..but not sure, maybe any Fern Laner's or Lavender's can confirm this..

But still we feel insecure as our lane had always been the main route for most of the foreign workers to the shop area (shortcut via Clover towards the small roundabout). we can't help being exposed to them plus outsiders who has been driving slowly 'admiring' fern lane's units on almost every weekends. Lately, the garbage collectors only work when we lodge a complaint. there was one time they only collect after 3 weeks, after our neighbour and us lodged many reports. One more thing, if any of you plans to move in soon, make sure you climb (or get someone to climb) to the roof top, via the 2nd room's bathroom. Just to check if there's sign or future opportunities of intrusion. One of our neighbors found someone's 'bedroom' there, perhaps some workers doing reno works next door. We are very concern when hearing that since our daughter sleeps in the 2nd bedroom, and we havent install any window/vibration sensor to the room. And yes, the contractors and workers have all the access to most of the empty houses. even we've seen an indo guy going in & out, lepaking in our next door's house. That was before the gates were locked (or tie up). we also have some bad experience with the contractors since we are still doing some minor works in our house. so, we kinda know who is reliable including those main con staffs/ workers. Defect, at the normal places. front porch Roof & internal leaking from our master bedroom toilet, which gives a big mouldy stain at the wall above the staircase. It is good if we the tenants also could have the access or to be invited for any meeting concerning security or any happenings in FL. Do let us know how do we get ourselves in touch with this group.
