From the website its Saffron Hills DSL..Didnt mention the date though..Although I received an invitation for a launch @bkt jelutong 6-7/10...as usual..will come with the kids for free food tongue.gif

The easiest is from guthrie hway.from s.alam pass by Bkt jelutong then u reach the first toll RM 1.40 ( you can skip this toll via inner route but it will confuse u more later:)) .after the toll take first exit to the left..u are there.

I believe it has smaller BU 22x75.Price still somewhere RM325-350psf range.Anyway good entry price @670k. Will wait and see.

Ballot start at 8.30am.20k to register. Im not sure about the freebies and such since their lifestyle campaign has ended.

As at 1pm when I left theres still bunch of people scrambling for the last 5 unit. Apparently the unit no still available at this time I heard from the announcement are 14, 24, 34, 44 and 46..hahaha.. biggrin.gif ..but Im sure still kena sapu..

if its within budget, yes..I'll go for it ..just dont over stretch. 1 mil++ for corner is consider norm in KV. I've seen people askin even 2 mil for DSL corner now with slightly larger BU.
