compare i4s now with other brand phone, i felt mine way small ..

i think it all depends on individual preferences...some prefer android and some prefer ios. More stable os, iOS all the way. Want to mod n make ur phone like a lab rats..go for android..haha

i suggest u wait for Windows Phone 8. looks very promising.

i sense ur sarcasm. i was a iphone fan. had the 3gs, and 4. but after the 4, i realised apple is slacking and boring. maybe its just me but i only will give my money to the most worthy deal. in this case, iphone5 aint lookin like a worthy deal for my money (based on the rumor, which i suspect will be true anyway lookin at previous updates). I want something fresh and stable. Android is not as unstable like hw some apple fanboys put it to be. they might lack in simpleness but overall, i feel d standard are almost the same between this two OS's. honestly i still feel android looks abit messy.

but now after seeing pics of windows8, i hope they become a competitor. more choice and d OS looks promising as well. just because apple won a patent design doesnt mean i would dump samsung. it all depends whether im gettin my moneys worth back. If the ip5 impresses me, then ill stick to it. but as of now, im leaning towards a new brand. it might be the windows 8 phone.

p/s initially i was attracted towards the note2 but after looking at the specs, kinda turned me off. and maybe its a bit too big for me.

i still wish apple doesnt go on autocruise mode but hope they innovate. although its not looking so good.

Apple has its' right to sue whatever company which copies its' design patent.

why r u so happy about that? as if apple gonna give their share their profits to u. U r just a user. And u talk as if u r apple representative.

is hard to change ecosystem nowadays. very expensive even for a user. so the cheapest and easiest is to defend your ecosystem to death do him part.

based on my opinion:

1. the most potential competitor to iOS is actually Windows phone, not android. since it has the most largest number of windows user around the world.

2. windows phone is very smooth and comparable to iPhone 4. for those who said that android is smooth as iOS, they are crap talk and i bet they never tried Nokia Lumia 900 on hands. android would be never smooth as IOS and windows, up to this date.

3. even though Apple wins over samsung in the court trial, few groups of fan should accept the fact. Apple wins! Samsung copycat! but i dont think "ban" samsung is good. the best way is just let samsung pay the royalties and let them free. come on, u already win 1billion, and bring down Samsung's reputation, still not enough yet? why need to ban the product? its up to consumers to choose whichever they want.

4. i do really hope Sony can cooperate with windows for their latest smartphone. Sony had strong reputation in terms of hardware spec such as clear LCD screen Bravia engine, legendary walkman speaker, and a legendary beautiful camera lens which is unbeatable by any other makers. now they come out with water resistant phone, Acro S. if they can combine all of these with the high fluidity and smooth OS which is windows, i bet samsung and iphone market will be highly offended.

2. there is more than smoothness criteria in mobiles u know. besides android has resolve that problem already. it just doesn't show coz many are still using old phones.
3. patents don't work naturally in a reality world. is a game they play that is very lawyer buruk style. so to me apple win is just that. doesn't mean apple gets my respect.

Samsung and other company should STOP designing touch screen product anymore. That's Apple patent.

Im sure the next iphone will not be called iPhone 5 coz it will be 6th generation iphone. What does "5" means then? i think it will be just the new iPhone.. Just imagine if they continue with the number sequence, what will be the iphone's model name in the year 2020....

that's time we could have j-phone, k-phone etc etc .... holograph projection with IC embedded in brain nerve .. LOL ... but I have no doubt on technologies

apple chose option 2. coz they know they not the fastest. why don't apple play samsung's game and copy samsung in return?

but none of them care actually. the only most important in patent is for the designer and inventor itself.

me personally invented three units of creation in my project, but because of my title as a trainee, i cannot patent it myself and copied by other company for sales. and how do u feel that? its a piss of shit man!
u can say whatever u want for your satisfaction but law is law. i spent my 4 months day and night to invent a new air conditioner and shopping cart lifter, but end up it copied by other big companies. i got no payment at all for those i strained my eyes and with headache to get new idea.

have u feel that before? no right? just because u got your money and spent it on your wills to choose whichever u want. yes, business and corporate is selfish. but most people forget, that consumer also selfish! thats why u can see lots of pirate apps and pirate songs nowadays.

if u still deny my statement on the patent law, then i should assume u are selfish consumer as well. enuf said.
