just go to your telco and request for micro sim they will charge you for the replacement.

Need your helps.. please.

I bought PureView808 2 weeks ago and has been using it with great funs.

Last night I did restore to factory setting to refresh it by typing command *#7780# typed on the keypad as advised in manual.

But after that it goes dead. Not reboot. What happened when I press power button is only;
On - vibrate - NOKIA text shown (for 10seconds) - screen blank for 1 sec - NOKIA text shown (for 10seconds) - blank 1 sec.. this repeating 5 times than it goes blank / dead.

I had tried the steps a million times but still failed. Takeout battery, wait few hours, use all fingers press here & there while power on etc - not works.

try this combination
press and hold the menu+camera+volume down buttons at the same time and power on your device
release the buttons until u see the hands show up
if tat doesn't help,
remove ur microSD card this time(if u hav 1)and try once again

You sure they are Nokia Store/Authorised Dealer? The one listed on Nokia Msia website
Smaller Melaka town also, all the authorised dealer know. No wonder the biggest dealer said people from Muar, Segamat order from Melaka, lol.

the only thing that I missed was holding the menu+camera+voldown buttons while power on but not release the power button. I pushed all of them for long time.

to be clear, the manual should tell this;
1) press & hold the menu+camera+volumedown buttons. Dont release them.
2) now press power button. When NOKIA text appears, release power button. Dont release the 3 buttons in step 1 yet. Release them only when nokia hands show up.
