finally, got my pureview white from kts. dunno why but the price was now RM1799 due to it being so called last unit they had. was hoping to get it for RM1699. Anyway, no freebies and they said if you want the tripod mount have to order and it costs RM99.

Can anyone please tell me where i can find this tripod mount available in pj? klang is damn far   

and one more thing, is there anyway to copy contacts from lumia 800 to pureview. can't seem to find contacts transfer on the pureview.

No, RM1899 is still the RRP. Nokia Store have to follow this price.
If you get from other shops, those that also sell other phone brand, they don't have to follow RRP, but they will have no promotion entitled (e.g. free gift offered by Nokia Store).
The lowest price people get so far is RM1699, from the same shop that is now offering RM1799 (supposedly for credit card payment).

Call them; Maybe they forgot to call you. Stock already arrived quite some time to every Nokia Store.

Authorised Nokia Store should follow RRP,  they won't simply throw prices else you can lodge a complain. That shop you're referring to, is it a Nokia Store or just a phone shop which sells Nokia?

You can contact Avaxx, tell them your location, they will arrange one unit for you.

Try nokia at Digimall sec 14, PJ.  Note that there are two nokia shops in it.  One of them 'stock hasn't arrived'.  Only another one has it. .. hopefully.

Are they official Nokia Store? Only sell Nokia phones? Some shop have the Nokia logo but it's not official Nokia Store and they sell other phone brand as well. Those booth one I don't think it's Nokia Store, but just using the Nokia Logo.

If they are official Nokia Store, you can call up Nokia and ask/complain.

Why not contact Avaxx and ask them to arrange, also check with them the price.
If you buy from official Nokia Store, there's no extra charges.
If you want to come down to KL to buy, you can call up the Nokia Store, see which branch have the stock and book it.

The official Nokia Stores are in big cities. Other towns, its called Nokia Priority or Nokia Authorised Dealer. they font get same benefits or gifts as Nokia Stores even though they may have Nokia signboard

You can check on Nokia Malaysia website, I think I saw northern point in the list. BUT from ur descriptions, they are like 'cekik darah' dealer. Sell more expensive, charge 2% for cc. Installment plan is depend on credit card,one of my cards have the 0% installment, the other card no 0%.

The sales person can always do a hard-reset first and see.
I suspect possibly the sales person are not very familiar with Symbian, maybe he's using an Android or iPhone, and the shop is now pushing Lumias, so possibly the person not really familiar with Symbian? Just guessing.

OR maybe... after playing with the 808,... in his/her heart... grew affection and starts to fall in LOVE! He/She wants the 808, and since is the last unit.... so...... 

I know. Since he said Penang sell more expensive and charge interest for installment, then order from KL lor. If he memang go KL regularly(some people do for work purposes) then just inform the shop when he 's going to take it.
