I have just called CAT team & confirmed with them that the Driver Side's Door Trim WILL POP UP a bit due to their mechanism therefore it's normal.

Bro, appreciate once done share with us what you've been plotting with 'uncle' ameiruddin (since he drove Uncle Colour ) here..

I went to the SC and they called up HQ for the information, or at least that's what they claimed.

Tell the driver "it's normal"? I don't know... they have been pretty good at blaming the factory/HQ/designers so far. Maybe they can find someone else to blame?!



Is there any way we can ask Proton to confirm that all the "this is normal" cases are ACTUALLY normal? If I can get a statement from them, enough already

i found out that the file inside has been encrypted, i already tried to made a backup/duplicate of the card, but the backup file is useless...

How did you contact them?! I'd like to ask them about the gearbox noise... this is the most worrying issue I have for now. No one's acknowledging it at the moment

Bro, i doubt they'll ever agreed to give any official statement. Remember the late delivery, the red colour problem, up until today Proton is silent. I really doubt it that they regard this matter which also occurs to first batch Waja years ago as important enuff to issue statement...

maybe silently fix the problem during next service, and fucuk those vendor/assembly line for poor workmanship

coz got diff model of bosch HU have it embedded... thus cannot mode...
some rely on the card.. so, maybe got chance to mod...
if possible can put a front interface with preve logo or somethin... with button to access the nav system...
so that we don't need to always see the map when we not using it..


go to sunway, got one shop can do... at the front of the shop got plenty sample number plate...
but the one that shop do is the sticker type...

I received my preve on 23rd May. First service on 29th May, and drive my car to Perlis, came back on 4th June. On 7th June, the problem came. The car suddenly stutter, losing power and finally stopped. Tried to start the engine back. After half an hour, it started, but the engine timing not stabil, ie, sometimes high, sometimes very low. Later more nightmare came. White smoke came from exhaust.
I've called I Care and my car finally towed to COE on the same day. Preve team (not sure whether this team really exist, they claim there's special team handling Preve) claimed it's due to Cam Censor not working, and they need to order spare part from Tanjung Malim. Fine, but today, after exactly 1 week, the service team informed me that the turbo not working, they need more time to check. They blame the service center for putting 5 litre of black oil causing the problem.
This excuse really makes me upset. After 1 week they are telling me this?
I don't have any problem driving to/from Perlis with what been claimed as excessive black oil.
I demand Proton to give me a new car, as I don't want to drive a car which broken down within 2 weeks from delivery....
I'm might bring this matter to Tribunal Pengguna, as the way proton handle this case is very poor...
