Yeah, I think i really need to pay a visit to them tonight... Plaza Singapura.

O ya, and one more thing. Usually we take CW2 from bugis back to JB right? There is another transit bus which is 170. I found out that this bus also stopped at Little India MRT. Anyone how frequent it comes? I can't decide which one is the best method to reach JB using the shortest time.

Last thing is that, I just got my EP card this morning. Can I use it for card scanning during custom check? Or i still need to take queue for the officer to check for it? Thanks

You can use gothere.sg for route planning in Sg.
It can link you to SMRT / SBS to see the interval timing of buses. thumbup.gif thumbup.gif
The scanning at autogate is using passport instead of the EP card...not sure if your passport has been "activated" or not.

Thanks for the link smile.gif . I will check this once i back from work.

I asked my colleague and he said that usually once I got my card I can scan it already. Not sure whether it is true or not. Tomorrow will give it a shot once i back home. laugh.gif

Unverified source...the card was implemented a long time ago, but possibly scrapped and you need to apply and pay for that card. (fren told me, cause i asked him the same question and he said he had tat card)
Now, use your passport...FREE.
I suggest you try the gate first...if kenot, the most malu a while and others staring at you then go queue at counter....if can, walla, fast lane.

Hi guys,

I am in dilemma is it worth to go to Singapore to work or not. I have been offered a job in Singapore with very attractive salary and had given few days for me to make a decision. In term monetary, the salary is quite enough for me to save. In my current job it is hard to save but I really enjoy its working environment. So I am expecting a tough working environment in Singapore. My major concern is, I am in the middle of thirties and still single...I am really confused if it is smart move or maybe it is too late for an adult like me to work abroad. Would like appreciate your opinions especially from those are aged over 30s. Thanks.

I am 35 this year and still single. Well what I can say about working in Singapore is the chances to sleep with your colleague is relative higher than Malaysia. However it is difficult to find a soul mate
in Singapore due to difference in culture. Sigh

Hi...

What do you mean by "chances to sleep with your colleague is relative higher than Malaysia"? Sorry, I don't get it.

My priority is to save as much money as possible but it is worth to sacrifice life just for the sake of money. My current job is very hard to save due to inflation. Wish I could turn back to my 20s and work in Singapore sad.gif
