Interesting comparison table from The Star. The public has always made such comparisons (hence the migration, working overseas etc) although the govt still insists that RM3000 per month salary is "high income" and that the fat lady bought a million dollar diamond ring using her "savings".

Although Singapore is not listed, my feeling is that the ratio to average salary shouldn't look very different from Malaysia actually.

Erm, you mean usual requirements for a freshie?? i dont get it.

Anyone also can start a job here, as long as you fit the job requirements stated there and the hiring HR think you suitable, then they will call for you to interview. Secure the interview, you secure the job.

Haha, your question funny la. Only after the company want to hire you, then you only to go thru the medical checkup, which consist of these:-

xray(Chest XRay)
HIV(Blood test)

You passed it and you can get ur pass then you can work in SG d.

if you follow this thread, you found out that job hunting is a quite long process, so if you wish to start work in singapore, you can start job hunt at job market, e.g. jobStreet, jobCentral, jobDB, then they will arrange you to come singapore for interview, afterward you need to wait for their reply if they hire you onot. is a long process, interview does not guarantee you the job.

If you are not in singapore, job market is the best.
If you are in singapore, perhaps you can try go to the recruitment agency or look thru newspapers.
