Reason i got the naga epic was because of the side grips, fits my hand perfectly ( small long fingers ) .

Guys, my DA 3.5 left click got abit problem. sometimes cannot click it. Its dirty inside or its spoilt ? then i need to buy a new one :/

Try checking for dirt. If still not functioning, then the top cover's lid that's supposed to click the clicker inside the mouse is damaged.

recently switched to DA 2013. feels nice, must be because I'm too used to plastic surface mice haha

Can i bring it to the Malaysia Official Razer Distributor to help me claim for it or send it to razer by asking the RMA #?

Usually, how long it take to get back the item to me.?

yes, send back to razer by requesting for the rma ticket.
how long depends on them, 2 weeks possibly.

Banleong representative just called me. They cannot help to send it to warranty since the item is not from Malaysia.
So i need to send it by myself..sigh..how much la pulak the shipment..

told u already
shipment should be around rm50 one way...

If the defect is from their side im save la..RM50 for shipment to them..
But if the defect is from me?
Ship to me back also need to bare the cost..

afaik, it doesnt matter.
thats the risk u take when buying from overseas, rather than from official distributor here.
just to save rm50, end up fork out rm100 in case of rma...

Bought it there cause the discount 50%..
Now thinking of let it sit in my cabinet and buying other mouse..

Is anyone of u having problems with synapse and windows 8 64bit?

I've uninstalled synapse completely and let microsoft find the driver automatically.. now my naga epic works in wireless mode flawlessly.

Only problem is i can't change lighting, or program the buttons.


And all this time i thought it was the mouse being faulty. Turns out to be the crappy synapse software. It's too bad I can't install legacy drivers on windows 8.
